Epitope Diagnostics公司位于美國的城市和美國的生物技術(shù)樞紐之一，成立于2003年。自此以后，EDI開發(fā)并推出了許多創(chuàng)新的ELISA和快速檢測試劑盒，以滿足醫(yī)療保健社區(qū)的需求。例如，EDI推出了世界上*個(gè)測定α-1-HS糖蛋白（人胎球蛋白A ELISA試劑盒）的商業(yè)測試。使用該測試進(jìn)行了許多臨床研究，導(dǎo)致出版了20多篇科學(xué)論文。
2004年，EDI由加利福尼亞州衛(wèi)生部食品和藥物管理局認(rèn)證為經(jīng)認(rèn)證和許可的醫(yī)療器械制造商。一年以后，EDI開發(fā)和創(chuàng)新，無臭，獨(dú)立的快速測試平臺(tái)專門用于基于樣品的快速檢測。該創(chuàng)新設(shè)備已獲得（US 7,780,915），F(xiàn)DA 510（k）清除，并于2005年起免除了CLIA。該平臺(tái)已成為我們所有快速測試工具包的基礎(chǔ)，包括歐洲CE認(rèn)證的OTC套件EpiTuub iFOB測試。
