組織型纖溶酶原激活劑，又稱(chēng)組織型纖溶酶原激活物（tissue—type plasminogenactivator，t-PA）或纖溶酶原激活因子（tissue plasminogen activator），是體內(nèi)纖溶系統(tǒng)的生理性激動(dòng)劑，在人體纖溶和凝血的平衡調(diào)節(jié)中發(fā)揮著關(guān)鍵性的作用。屬于糖蛋白,絲氨酸蛋白酶類(lèi)。是一種新型的血栓溶解劑。由于血栓性疾病的逐年上升，對(duì)溶栓藥物的需求量逐年增加，使對(duì)溶栓藥的研究成為熱點(diǎn)，而目前又以對(duì)tPA及其突變體、嵌合體的研究zui多。
