FAQ
1.低內(nèi)毒素和超低內(nèi)毒素有什么區(qū)別？
答：ichorbio生產(chǎn)兩種用于體內(nèi)使用的格式：低內(nèi)毒素和超低內(nèi)毒素。超低格式具有更高的純度，更低的內(nèi)毒素，更低的聚集，并且經(jīng)過(guò)了與將要使用的動(dòng)物相關(guān)的病原體測(cè)試。
2.抗體如何儲(chǔ)存？效期多久？
答：遵循我們數(shù)據(jù)表上列出的存儲(chǔ)信息。只有在存儲(chǔ)溫度正確時(shí)才保證一年的使用效期。
3.抗體溶液中發(fā)現(xiàn)有沉淀物是什么？
答：環(huán)境條件，如溫度變化、凍結(jié)/解凍、運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中的搖晃以及長(zhǎng)期存儲(chǔ)可能導(dǎo)致抗體溶液出現(xiàn)沉淀或絮塊。絮塊通常是緩沖鹽從溶液中沉淀出來(lái)或者一小部分蛋白質(zhì)聚集。如果輕輕地反復(fù)倒置小瓶，應(yīng)該可以去除沉淀。如果不能去除，我們建議通過(guò)過(guò)濾或離心來(lái)去除絮塊。
對(duì)于過(guò)濾，建議使用無(wú)菌的0.2μM過(guò)濾器。對(duì)于離心，我們建議將抗體溶液轉(zhuǎn)移到無(wú)菌離心管中（不要在提供的冷凍瓶中離心），并在10k rpm下離心5分鐘。更建議使用過(guò)濾而不是離心，因?yàn)殡x心可能使樣品發(fā)熱的時(shí)間比過(guò)濾的方式長(zhǎng)，而過(guò)濾則可以非?？焖俚赝瓿?。無(wú)論選擇哪種方法，都應(yīng)使用無(wú)菌過(guò)濾器、注射器、管子等，并在生物安全柜中操作，以確保溶液保持無(wú)菌。此外，使用這些方法可以去除沉淀而不會(huì)有顯著的蛋白質(zhì)損失。如果在離心或過(guò)濾后擔(dān)心損失，您可以檢查離心或過(guò)濾后的蛋白質(zhì)濃度，并將其與提供的CoA上的濃度進(jìn)行比較。
4.稀釋抗體的最佳方法是什么？
答：可以使用與抗體配方w全相符的無(wú)菌1*PBS。在稀釋時(shí)，建議使用冷緩沖液，并通過(guò)在生物安全柜中操作以及使用無(wú)菌移液管頭、管子、注射器和緩沖液來(lái)保持無(wú)菌。應(yīng)避免將抗體稀釋到工作濃度并在4℃以上存儲(chǔ)超過(guò)一天。
